To use the arc sensing function, it is necessary to measure the current.
To measure the current, clamp the current sensor onto the arc output cable to convert the current into voltage.
The current-to-voltage conversion ratio (mV/A) varies depending on the current sensor, so it can be set in the Workcell Manager or DRL according to the specifications of the current sensor being used.
As shown in the figure below, clamp the arc cable so that the current sensor surrounds it.
The sensor direction must be connected according to the direction of the current flow. (The direction of the current is indicated on the sensor or in the sensor manual, and for detailed information, please contact the sensor supplier.)
